Can I return the books in case I am not satisfied with the condition/quality?

Yes, you may return books, if the condition/quality of the books is not as per your expectations .
You need to inform within 24 Hours of delivery if you want to return the book, after that you can not return the book. 

You can email us at contact@Al-Wajh.com with your Name, Email Address, Phone No., Order Id and Reason Of Return. 

Once you submitted the required details of order, we will send you the updates via email within 24 Hours. 

How and When I can cancel the order?

You can cancel your order at any time before your order dispatched.
You can visit to My Account section and select your order. You can find the option for order cancellation there.

Still not received the refunded amount into bank account?

If you have not received the refund amount into bank account within time specified (6-7working days), then you can simply mail us from “contact us” with the order id and all required order details.

When do i get my refund amount back?

After we receive returned item back,order refund process may take 6-7 business days to transfer amount to your bank account.

NOTE: DELIVERY & PACKING CHARGES WILL NOT BE RETURNED BACK AND DOES NOT INCLUDED IN REFUNDS,”ONLY RETURNED ITEM” TOTAL AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED TO THE BANK ACCOUNT !

Following books shall not be eligible for return :

Books with tampered or missing pages or any other damages due to misuse of book by Buyer.

*We suggest you to review the book before making the purchase decision. In case you orders a wrong book, you shall not be entitled to any return/refund.

How i can return the book(s) ?

Just mail us your order number at contact@Al-Wajh.com .

We will send you an email with address , you have to post the return package by yourself to that address.

When we receive the package, We will refund you shipping charges with certain amount which will be transferred, directly to your bank.
